We are currently recruiting for a salaried GP and will update you as soon as more information is available. 

We have been approved as a training practice and will have a Foundation 2 Doctor, Dr Zoe Koloh,  working with us from 4th April. Dr Koloh will be supervised by the GPs on site and will see patients as part of her training. We really appreciate the support of our patients in the development of new GPs.

Practice Pharmacist

The Practice is working with the Clinical Commissioning Group to provide a Pharmacist working within the practice to assist patients with medication reviews and long term conditions. We are hoping to have this post in place soon and will keep you informed.

Practice Nurses & Health Care Assistant

We have a full time Practice Nurse, Trudy Seale, working Tuesday to Friday 8am-6.30pm.  Trudy offers a wide range of Practice Nurse appointments including wound care, childhood immunisations and travel vaccinations. 

Health Care Assistant - Rachel Wylie. Rachel is available Monday to Thursday 8am-3pm. She is currently booking appointments for blood pressure checks, flu vaccinations, spirometry, NHS health checks  ECGs & phlebotomy. 

You can have an appointment to see the nurse without seeing a Doctor, but she may need to consult a Doctor about your problem if she feels it appropriate. Their hours vary according to the clinics or visits on any particular day, but the receptionists will advise you of the details as required.

Health Visitors

 Health Visitors can be seen at the Acacia Road Clinic. They are able to provide advice and help to families with young children.

We have a District Nursing team attached to provide nursing care for the acute and chronically sick and the elderly in their own homes.
