Urgent Problems during Surgery Hours

Please Telephone 020 8764 0407 during our surgery opening hours.

If you have an urgent medical need that cannot wait for a routine appointment a Duty GP is available to assist.

The receptionist will need to take some details about the problem and arrangements will be made for a GP or Nurse Practitioner to telephone you back to offer advice.

If needed you will be offered an appointment for that day.

How to Get Healthcare Advice & Assistance
when the Surgery is Closed:

When the surgery is closed and you need medical help which is not an emergency, call 111. Calls to 111 are free from land lines and mobile telephones. Lines are open 24/7, every day of the year.

You can call 111 when you think you need to go to the Emergency Department at the hospital, or another Urgent Care Service, if you need advice outside surgery opening hours or you are not sure who to call for medical help.

Please only visit the A&E department if it is an emergency.
