An appointment is required to see the doctor or nurse.

To book an appointment either phone the Surgery on 020 8764 0407 or make an appointment in person at reception. The telephone lines open at 8.30am, the receptionist will be able arrange a date and time for you to attend.

The appointment system operates both for your convenience and to aid the Doctors. An appointment is for one person only. You may consult any of the Doctors in the practice, not just the one with whom you are registered.

You will be offered the first available appointment. Genuinely urgent cases will be fitted in on the same day, but it is not always possible to see the Doctor of your choice.

Some appointments are booked on the day and are released at 8.30 am. There are some pre-bookable appointments, for those who do not require an immediate appointment, and these can be booked up to two weeks ahead. The Doctors also offer some telephone consultations each day.
