Registering with the Surgery

Our practice list is open and we are accepting new patients that live in our practice area. If you are a Temporary Resident please see below.

New Patients:

All newly registering patients will be asked to complete a form (see below) and wait for their health checks to be done.  This gives us an opportunity to have some background to your health before your notes arrive from your previous Doctor. 

Children under the age of 5 years do not require a health check but parents/guardians should be able to provide immunisation details.

Temporary Residents:

The Doctors are happy to see patients who are temporarily resident in the practice area should medical advice be required. In this instance persons wishing to be treated should state that they are a temporary resident when reporting to reception.
