Thank you to all our members who attended the most recent meeting on 4th March 2015.

Throughout this year the practice have been collating feedback from a number of sources including NHS Choices & the recently implemented Friends and Family test. Upon review of the feedback 3 key prioty areas were identified and together with the Patient Particpation Group the pratcie has put together an action plan with the aim to improve services for patients.

We will update on progress through our website, Patient Newsletter and posters in reception.

If you would like to join the Patient Participation Group please complete a registration form and pop it in the box on the front desk at reception.

We aim to have a group which reflects the diversity of our patient population so ask for patients in under represented groups to come forward and join us in improving care for all patients.

Friends and Family Test

From 1st December 2014, it is a contractual requirement that all GP practices implement the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT)

The FFT is a continuous feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience that can be used to improve services.

"We would like you to think about your recent experiences of our service. How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?"

In order to collect your anonymous response to this question and to submit to NHS England, we are using to collect our patient responses. Please click here or on the logo to be taken to their website. The website will open in a new window.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback.
